Be Light Bearers

All you need to do is walk every day “Being,” but look on everyone you see with love and compassion, and judge not anything, for it is all a part of you, it is all a part of God. Let your love and laughter affirm that everything is alright.

For in hearing your laughter it gives their hearts joy — and never, ever discuss with outsiders the negatives of living on the planet at this moment in time, for this is a time of great upheavals and great change, disheartening for some, destructive for others. But see it not as that. Don’t join the parade of naysayers, for that will give the negatives power. For in times of great upheavals there needs to be a guiding light, lighthouses beaming light through the seeming darkness, a beacon. Be a beacon to those who are at sea, a sea of uncertainty, a sea of fear, a sea of crisis-living. If you can maintain your light, though all else falls about you, you become a Light in the World, and may I add, a much needed Light in the World. One peel of laughter amongst the fears and the tears of the world as it is, gives hope, chimes joy, gives hope to a dying world. When all the institutions fall about them, they will look to the Light Bearers for hope, for peace, for truth. This and only this is your so-called mission. This and only this, as ignominious as it seems, saves the world. Be an oasis in the desert, an island of light and hope in a raging sea. Their institutions, their religions, their family structures, theirs laws, indeed all that man could depend upon and feel secure about, is falling around them. Where do they go, to whom do they turn, where do they look for hope? To the Light Bearers. Your sword is their light, your banner is their hope, your laughter is their joy. You are your brothers’ keepers.
