Countering The Monkey Brain

 
The lowering of your vibrations can occur from many different causes. The lowering of the vibration (which means the falling into negativity) can be caused by:


- messages coming in dream time from the subconscious mind
- not having properly surrounded oneself with light before sleep
- one’s ego mind, reminding one of the past
- being involved with someone else’s state of mind
- the idea of seeming lack because one is projecting into the future, rather than
dwelling in the now

In the moment you have everything you need, and if you stay dwelling in the moment you will have everything you need. In the moment, all creation occurs. If you stay positive in the moment, positive is what you’ll reap in the seeming future. All of life is occurring in this moment. All of time, past or future, is occurring in the moment. You can alter the past or the future in this moment because it’s all going on at the same time.

How you spend your moments during your so-called day is very important. As you perceive “later on”, your projections affect not only your own universe (or your own creative area), but also the whole planet, indeed the whole universe. So you see, every thought is momentous in its effects. Sentient beings should become much more aware of their mind set.

If you awaken in the morning in the knowingness that you’re not in balance or at peace, then do as the wise soul would. Go for a walk, sit by the water — do anything that you really love. Don’t dwell in negativity. Remove all things in your life that do not allow you to dwell harmoniously. Real-ize (make real) your understanding of the Power that you wield in this moment-to-moment existence. You can’t sit and feel sorry for yourself and not have it affect your life, let alone the life around you. It’s even more important in the case of you who are Light Givers and power sources.

You are responsible for your creations, and your thoughts do create. They have more power than if you rented an airplane pulling a banner saying, “I Am Angry About...” That would be nothing compared to your silent thoughts. It is very important in these times to realize and take heed of how you think. Perhaps if I put it this way —

Your thoughts can kill or give life.

We’ve said before that it’s all mind stuff. Dwell on that “thought.” It’s all mind stuff. Thoughts are so negative on the planet at this seeming time that it’s actually bringing about the whole breakdown of planetary existence as you know it. There are millions of sentient beings on the planet at this time, and they are creating horrendous disharmony. That disharmony affects not only the physical planet, but the whole quadrant of the universe. And now you’re cloning to create more chaos, ill-fit beings creating ill-fit beings!

You’ve been quarantined from the rest of the universes because of this ability to mis-create. You’re war-like, unhappy, inharmonious beings, and those among you who try to walk in love, peace, and harmony are called loafers and idiots. So I see a great need here for thinking individuals who want change to be much more aware of their thoughts.

Meditate every day, and create a peaceful sanctuary somewhere in your life. Dwell in that space of love, peace, harmony, and wholeness for at least twenty minutes a day, and reap the benefits in your life.

Don’t just read these communications and put them away in a drawer. Dwell with them because serendipity will have you choose the one that you should read and understand on that particular day. You’ll choose at random the one that you need to process.

Stop and pause, and think; the world will still spin on, with or without you. Take the time to inhabit a place of peace, to create an area of peace around you.

The reason I am stressing this so strongly is that in the days to come, calamities are going to happen daily all over the planet, and in order to not participate in this mind set of brutality, war, chaos, and destruction, you’re going to have to be able to dwell in the fourth dimension. If you can’t do that, you’re going to experience the third dimension destruction that their minds have created. It’s the difference of going to a hockey game or on a peaceful fishing trip — the choice is yours. It’s almost imperative that you seek to control your thoughts. You can go to the movie with war, poverty, abandonment, and destruction, or you can choose to go to the movie of peaceful pursuits, creativity, and beauty. THE CHOICE IS YOURS.

This is rather a strong lecture, but I am aware of too many beings caught up in the victim projection. Conquer! Be the director of your play, rather than the victim. It takes some attention because the monkey brain works overtime. It reacts rather than creates. It reacts to stimulus outside itself. If one could see gradations of mind perhaps then one would realize:
God Self
Logical Mind
Ego Mind
Monkey Brain Mind

You would then see the difference those levels of mind create, and the goal should be to use the creative peaceful MIND.

Consider chattering minds that spew nonsense, versus the focus of someone creating. Where would you rather BE? There’s no judgment in that because that’s simply where they’re at, but do you want to dwell there?

Have you ever been in the presence of someone angry, non-thinking, erupting in senseless energy? It’s his thoughts. Many times what makes that person angry hasn’t occurred — it’s his perception of it.

You choose. Where do you want to dwell?
