Stay In The Middle Way |

Stay in the middle way. The middle way doesn’t experience hot/cold, in/out. The middle way is above polarities. If you can live above polarities like the Buddha, then you live in the moment and there are no polarities. It’s the polarities that make up the drama –love/hate, war/peace, anger/…all the other frustration.

If you could just stay in the middle road, in the middle way, then this dimension wouldn’t affect you, couldn’t affect you. Because this is a dimension of polarities and the polarities were placed there so you could experience what each one felt like, what each one was about. Well you should have learned that by now. So chose the middle way. I’m not sick, I’m not well. I
AM. The two, (1) living in the moment and (2) staying in the middle way, are the secrets of getting out of this dimension. This dimension is total polarities. Total. The poles create the polarities also. The polarities-- young/old, afraid/unafraid, angry/peaceful--it’s [what] the whole thing is based on… polarities. Once you make the slightest difference, the slightest preference, the slightest thought about it, you’re caught in it. Posted October , 2006
